1850s Hand Colored Stone Lithographs of Birds of the West Little Crane
This wonderful illustration says on the top margin "U.S.P.R.R. Exp. & Surveys ---35th Parallel" and " Birds --- Plate XXXVII" and a label on the back from the report notes that it was captured in Albuquerque, New Mexico in October, 1853.
