Mr. Thomas Beard "Under Sheriff"
This is an original 1891 Vanity Fair print by Sir Leslie Ward (signed as "Spy") of Mr. Thomas Beard, a lawyer and "Under Sheriff" of London. The print comes matted to a standard frame size of 16 x 20 inches and encased in a protective plastic sleeve. It also comes with the biography of Beard by Jehu Junior published in 1891 with the print, which is shown below.
